To be eligible for a return, your item must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused and in the same condition that you received it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In its original packaging, with tags\/labels attached;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened or partially used hair care, cosmetics, or personal care products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and downloadable software products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked as final sale or clearance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within&nbsp;<strong>7 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of delivery at&nbsp;<strong>lftrzhncoj@iubridge.com<\/strong>&nbsp;with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Start a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at\u00a0<strong>lftrzhncoj@iubridge.com<\/strong>\u00a0with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship the item to the return address provided.\u00a0<strong>Do not send returns to the business address without authorization.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item): return shipping is\u00a0<strong>free<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns for change of mind or non-defective items: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to\u00a0<strong>15%<\/strong>\u00a0may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within&nbsp;<strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>&nbsp;to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven&#8217;t received a refund after 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank or credit card company, then contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at&nbsp;<strong>lftrzhncoj@iubridge.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within&nbsp;<strong>12 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
